Orders

Receive orders from your customer companies through an online catalog

Publish your catalog with today's price, invite the companies that buy from you and receive every order organized, with accept, decline or item-by-item quantity adjustment.

Who it is for

For the company that sells to other companies and today receives orders over chat, by phone or in spreadsheets. Instead of piecing an order together from scattered messages, the customer builds it in your catalog and you decide what you can fulfill.

How it works

  1. 01
Publish the catalog with today's price

You keep products, price and availability current right on the product row, whenever the price changes.

  2. 02
    Invite your customer companies

The invite goes out by link or by email. The customer company creates a password and gets access to your catalog.

  3. 03
    Receive the order

The order arrives with items, quantities, the delivery date the customer picked and their note.

  4. 04
Accept, decline or adjust item by item

Accept the whole order, decline with a reason, or adjust each item's quantity when stock is short.

  5. 05
Both sides are notified by email

Every step emails you and the customer company, so nobody has to chase an answer.

The details that matter day to day

Delivery date chosen by the customer

The customer company states when it wants delivery as it places the order.

Repeat the last order

Customers who always buy the same thing repeat the previous order instead of building it again.

Payment terms per customer

Terms are set per customer company and the due date is calculated from the delivery date.

Minimum order and cutoff time

Minimum value, minimum number of items and the same-day cutoff time are configurable.

Transparent partial acceptance

On a partial acceptance, the email shows what was ordered and what will be delivered, item by item.

Already included in your plan

The Orders module is part of ReqChain at no extra cost. The customer company pays nothing to receive the invite and send orders.
